Two-time Grand Slam champion and former Australian of the Year, Patrick Rafter, is one of Australia’s most loved sporting icons.
Throughout his tennis career, Rafter achieved numerous accolades, including winning back to back US Open Grand Slam titles (1997 & 1998), reaching two Wimbledon finals (2000 & 2001), achieving the ATP #1 ranking and claiming 11 ATP singles and 10 doubles titles.
In addition to his on-court success, Rafter was respected from fans and peers around the world for his sportsmanship and his passion for representing Australia.
These days, Rafter is a family man who lives in Broken Head NSW and is passionate about giving back to the sport of tennis and environmental causes.
